CONFIDENTIALITY - We DO NOT make our customer details available to other organizations (including private, public and government) under any circumstances unless permission is given by the customer! This includes any and all client details obtained by E-mail, the WebSite, telephone, fax etc.
SECURITY - Great care and effort is exercised in securely maintaining your personally identifiable information. The customer data areas of our database are password protected and available only to employees who need direct access to that data in order to do their jobs.
CREDIT CARDS - Online security is one of our highest priorities and we have devoted substantial effort to this. All credit card transactions are processed with industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that credit card and personal details are only available to the authorized credit card transaction processing institution.
E-MAIL - Our intention and policy is to send E-mail only to customers or prospective customers who we believe have requested or would benefit from such E-mail. At any time, you have the right to 'opt-out' of receiving future Streetshock Inc. communications.
TELL-A-FRIEND - If a visitor decides to use our online referral service for informing a friend about our WebSite, we ask them for the friend's name and address. Streetshock will automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the WebSite. This information is only used to send this one-time e-mail.
LOG FILES - We use IP addresses to analyze trends, number of visitors, browser types, operating system and broad demographic information (also called WebSite stats). IP addresses ARE NOT linked to personally identifiable information.
